I've spent the last 5 years researching and writing a book which will be published later this year. It is an invitation to White Women to join a conversation about race, privilege and resolving the Whitewash Dilemma.  As I absorbed the messages, ideas and stories of the many women in my research, three themes arose again and again: courage, with, heart.  

  • Standing up for what matters takes courage. We have it. We can do it.
  • White Women must talk about race with each other and we must collaborate with Women of Color in figuring what needs to be done.   
  • The cure for racism starts with the heart. Unconditional love is the prescription.
